Garou was laying on his bed, looking up at the ceiling in dismay. He continued to teach classes with a soft fake smile to everyone, but once he was back here, he was just as upset. He couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, couldn't train. It was only a week since he was with Lana, and he couldn't help but feel upset. He just missed her so much, all he could see when he closed his eyes was her frown and her swimming away. He didn't want to do anything else, but he was sure someone was sure to catch on to his sadness.
This was maddening, the ceiling seemed to mock him, staying above him. Garou used his powers during class, but he never flew around the school, he just lost interest in the sky, and he couldn't stop his sadness, no matter how much he tryed. It was just too much, but then he heard a knock on the door. He groaned loudly then spoke. "Come in......." He sat up, looking at the door to see who it was coming to see him, he was just hoping for nothing bad.

Students had been complaining, almost all the school knew something was wrong with Garou but only one person knew what the problem was...only one could fix it. It took her a week just to get up the courage to see him again. The thought of that moment in the lake made her heart do flipflops, it was magical. But she was too afraid something would go wrong again... But this just couldn't continue, weather she was ready or not it was time to fix what she had done. So with a deep breath she knocked on his door. As she walked in she looked like life had been going on as normal for her, she wore a dark green dress, her hair piled ontop of her head, looked rather lovely...She tended to wear dresses for the possibility of getting wet...wouldn't want to ruin a nice pair of pants... "So, are we going to ignore this? Or can we talk about it?" She asked as she closed the door behind her.

His eyes widened, seeing Lana walk in wearing her dress. He let a soft sigh out sitting up on the edge of the bed. He patted the bed for her to sit and then he sighed again, looking up to her."I would much rather talk about it........"
He looked down slightly, not sure of what he was in for, but he was going to do his best to hopefully not make a fool of himself. He didn't want to scare her away again, he couldn't handle seeing her walk away just like when she swam away the last time they talked.

Lana let out a sigh as she moved to his bed to sit by him. "Look, what's said is said...Neither one of us can take it back...But you barely even know me. I mean, really, how much do you know about me?" She asked as she fiddled with her hands, feeling much less graceful now that she was out of the water, especially around him...He made her feel different.
"Please don't misunderstand, Garou. I do like you..." She paused looking up into his eyes. "Alot." Her eyes then trailed across his room, looking over his things. "It's just, I learned the hard way not to fall too hard too fast..."

He sighed as if he had already lost her, watching her fingers. He listened to every word she said, then met her eyes, face emotionless. He looked back down once she looked away. He talked lightly, trying to hold back emotions before he knew it was alright. "I was taught very young that good things take time, but great things happen all at once....... My parents said that when I was on their doorstep, they knew they loved me......"
He swallowed his fear, trying to stay calm but he felt so shy at this moment that he was not sure if he could. He spoke again, a soft blush on his cheeks. "It felt like you were this great thing, and it still feels that way....... I know your name is Lana, and that you are a mermaid...... We did not even listen to that staff meeting because we only looked at each other..... And most importantly, no matter what, it feels right to hold, like you belong there...... I don't regret what I said, I just wish you didn't swim away......"
